1. Core rule
Ark of Moments is built for preserving family, personal, event, creator and travel memories. Do not use the service for harmful, illegal, exploitative or rights-infringing content.
2. Prohibited
- illegal content or activity
- sexual exploitation or abuse, especially involving minors
- non-consensual intimate content
- harassment, threats, hate or dehumanizing content
- private data, photos or videos of others without rights or consent
- copyright/trademark infringement or impersonation
- malware, phishing, spam, scraping, bot abuse or attempts to bypass access controls
- content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, serious violence or dangerous illegal activity
3. Consent and rights
Upload photos, videos, music, text and social links only if you have the right to use them and show them to the audience you choose. Be especially careful with children, private events, medical/personal situations and third-party materials.
4. Google Drive, ZIP and social links
Do not import someone else’s Drive folders, restricted materials, pirated content or links that violate external platform terms. Social previews/links should point only to content you are allowed to show.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may hide, remove, block, archive or restrict access to materials, a room or an account if there is a risk of violating this policy, law, safety or third-party rights.
