Accessibility Statement

The current minimum accessibility status of the website and how to report an accessibility issue.

Early Access notice: Ark of Moments is currently being prepared for pilot users. Some packages, limits and features may change as the service evolves.

1. Our approach

Ark of Moments aims to make its public, account/login and core interface pages more accessible. The current version includes an Accessibility widget and is being actively improved before pilot users.

2. What is already available

Public/account/login pages include a widget with text-size, contrast mode, reduce motion, focus highlight and reset controls. New UI blocks should be checked for text size, contrast, reduce motion, focus behavior, light/dark theme and mobile layout.

3. Known limitations

The 3D room, VR/WebXR and 2D Album are separate runtime surfaces. The global Accessibility widget is not shown inside 2D Album / 3D room / VR overlays until separate room-specific accessibility work is implemented. User-uploaded photos, videos, social embeds and external platforms may have their own accessibility limits.

4. Report an issue

If you encounter an accessibility problem, use the Report issue / WhatsApp button on the site and describe the page, device, browser, interface language and the action you could not complete.

5. Planned improvements

Backlog items include a mobile accessibility audit, keyboard/focus audit, room-specific 2D/3D controls, better support for media captions/descriptions and additional Hebrew RTL review.
