1. What Ark of Moments is
Ark of Moments is an early-access service for creating private Memory Capsules: interactive rooms/albums with photos, videos, welcome screens, social links and shareable viewing links. The service is in pre-pilot / beta polish, so some features may change, be limited or be disabled.
2. Accounts, invitations and access
Creating and managing capsules may require an account. Free registration and Early Access may be controlled by invitations, promo codes or access packages. You are responsible for keeping your login, password, private links and room access codes secure.
3. User content
You keep your rights to your photos, videos, text, links and other materials. By uploading or importing content, you give Ark of Moments a limited permission to store, process, display, create previews/thumbnails and technically adapt that content only to operate the Memory Capsule and related service features.
4. Room privacy and links
A room may be private, shared/link-only or public when that option is available. Public capsules and link-access capsules may be viewed by people who receive the link. Access codes and private links should be shared only with people you trust.
5. Beta / early-access limits
The service may apply limits to rooms, uploads, Google Drive import, videos, previews, welcome media and storage. Some packages and features may be temporarily unavailable. We may adjust limits and interface behavior to protect product stability and security.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, rights-infringing or unsafe content. The detailed rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Availability, errors and compatibility
We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device, browser, VR headset or external platform. Users should keep original copies of their materials outside Ark of Moments.
8. Suspension and removal
We may limit, suspend or remove access to an account, room or materials if there is a risk of violating law, safety, third-party rights, these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The current version will be published on this page.
